Within an hour of our phone call I had a technician at my house. Conclusion was that I did indeed need a new hot water heater, that was the sad news. The good news was that the technician did a thorough inspection to determine there were no damages from the leak! […]The technicians did their work, didn’t leave a mess and were polite. These guys are local, have a lot of experience, and I highly recommend them.

With plumbing, I’ve found it can be tough to find service that’s both quick and cost-efficient. I did a bit of shopping in regards to a main line issue I was having. T I came across The Drain Guys, and quickly felt in lock-step pertaining to the rapport that was built with Jay. We took the next steps and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule, and pricing was discussed after measurements and estimate was done, which was certainly competitive and worked for me. The job was done within hours, and I’m glad I was able to support The Drain Guys!

They were extremely communicative about their arrival time, which is often overlooked in this business, and got straight to work upon arrival. They found the leak quickly and fixed it efficiently! Jay from The Drain Guys came out to my house last weekend. We had a hot water heater that was leaking in the basement. I was prepared for them to say we needed to replace it but actually they were able to fix it. I was impressed they didn’t try to upsell me. I’ll be using The Drain Guys next time.

I needed same day service at a good price and they had the best price AND service.
My basement toilet overflowed and I had a company come snake the line. After further review they found that my sewer line was broken. I had two other companies come out and quoted me a ridiculous rate to fix the pipe. My friend told me about The Drain Guys so I had them come out – they quoted me a way better price and did top quality work. 5 out of 5.
