Richard from the Drain Guys arrived shortly after I reached out via Yelp. He helped us fix several issues around the house including replacing two toilets and fixing a leaking pipe in our crawl space. The initial consult lasted less than an hour and he was back the next morning with all the supplies and the entire project completed within just a few hours! He was ready to answer any questions we had and the products he installed are of great quality and high efficiency! Buh-bye cotton candy toilets!!

When we bought our house, the old owners had a stopper on the tank, allowing less water to fill, since they never used the guest bathroom, but since we use it frequently the toilet was never getting the quality flush it needed- desperate for deeper waters. Offried could have easily called us dumb, deep sighed at driving all the way out there, and left in a huff, but my husband said he kindly walked him through the different settings on our toilet, helped re-set all the bowls, gave advice about ‘stages of water’ in toilet life, and also spent time looking at the pipes, giving suggestions on the best cleaning agents based on the ‘years’ of our piping. […] I’ve already seen a few “looking for” on facebooks, where I’ve sent photos of the business card. Must use!

Our tubs in both of our bathrooms were draining slowly. Rich from The Drain Guys arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window, and was able to fix the issues with both tubs within about half an hour. Very reliable service and a pleasure to work with. Definitely would recommend him.

My double kitchen sinks were back up pretty bad during the Memorial holiday weekend.  I was not sure if anyone would come out during this weekend.  I went to look for 24 hour plumbing service and was surprised to receive a quick response from The Drain Guys.  Richard (Rich) came out the next day in the time frame that was suggested.  My husband and I was very pleased with his work and knowledge.  He gave us good insight on questions we asked.  I would recommend this business to anyone.

Rich came over within about 12 hours of the request we placed on Yelp – on memorial day to boot! He diagnosed the problem quickly, went out a few times to make sure he got the exact right equipment that wouldn’t break our pipes, and solved the problem in short order. For some reason we even got a discount for having the work done on memorial day.

I would definitely use them again.

Dustin came in to change 4 toilets and install a new kitchen faucet, he was very personable and worked efficiently and did a good job the first time. Price was very reasonable as well. I would recommend drain guys and Dustin in particular. Thanks!!

Excellent group to work with! We were having issues with our 20-some year old sewage grinder, which was installed by another company (the charges a lot and couldn’t even pinpoint the original issues), called the E-One grinder. It was giving us lots of problems and the alarm kept setting off — which if you’ve heard it, is quite alarming and loud for neighbors.

Needless to say, the Drain Guys new exactly what the problem was and we ended up pulling this grinder and installing a top notch Liberty one to replace.

Every time they came out they were on time, super communicative (especially appreciate the consistent email updates on timing — never had to bug them or follow up which is rare to come by with contractors!), friendly, and fair-priced.

Highly recommend them and would use them again!!

I made two mistakes upon noticing that I had a leak at the main waste pipe from the house’s only commode.  I called my “trusted plumber”  and another  firm which I had never called before. My trusted plumber broke a hole in my wall before telling me 10 days later they don’t do the work.  Then I called a regular Red White and Blue, big company. That company tried to sell me a fix for the world rather than my corner of it.  The ordeal with those two took 3 weeks and the whole time I could not use water in the house comfortably.  Then I meet “The Drain Guys” Jay and Dustin who were superb.  Jay visited in the morning as promised, asked questions, correctly diagnosed and advised how The Drain Guys would fix it and save me multiple thousands. It has been 5 days now and I don’t have a drop of water on the floor nor a foul smell that was lingering constantly. If I need work for a drain in the future, I will call the drain guys again.  I’m not sure if I will call my “trusted plumber”, but I will never call that red, white and blue firm and tell everybody that will listen not to flush their money down the drain.

We had a very good experience with this company. The technician came arrived early, and communicated their eta for convenience, and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arrival. He then got us a quote in less than 10 minutes of arriving and since he had the parts with him, he was able to resolve the issue right away. I highly recommend, using this company.

I would highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, they did not “wheel and deal” me; they actually beat another quote. Jay was very professional and he submitted quotes, proposals and advised me about my options.  He was very thorough and the job was completed on a timely manner and as promised! Definitely true to their word and a business based on integrity!!
